As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at monday.com, you will be at the heart of our hiring processes playing a key role in attracting and hiring top talent.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing and streamlining all aspects of talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and effective process from start to finish.
This position demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.

About The Role
- Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews across multiple timezones & regions
- Manage logistics for the recruiting process and onboarding operations
- Build & maintain strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in order to drive an efficient & effective process
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experience
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including monday, Slack and Google Suite
- Take part in team projects, often working globally (at both a local/global level)
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an HR/Talent Coordinator/ Admin roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong coordination and planning abilities. Capable of prioritizing work assignments, working independently, and managing time efficiently.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong English, both verbal and written
