Description of Role: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive (contract) Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment records
  • Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms
  • Assist HR Team with resume screening and candidate follow-up
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other hiring documents
  • Support onboarding activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS)
  • Prior experience coordinating recruitment in a high-volume or fast-paced environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and job knowledge. 

Contractors engaged through Centessa are employed through a third-party agency that serves as the employer of record and provides access to a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible contractors may enroll in medical plans, including PPO and EPO options, as well as dental and vision coverage after 30 days. Additional perks, such as a 401(k), wellness programs, and other discounts, may also be available to eligible contractors. 

Work Location

The Title role is a remote role based in the US.
