Talent Acquisition Analyst– Full Time
Location: Remote – Hiring in GA, AL, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, NH, NC, ND, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI, WY
Emerging Tech is a forward-thinking government contractor specializing in delivering innovative IT services and solutions to a wide range of clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analysts to support our recruitment efforts and help connect top talent to critical roles across our organization. This is a full-time, entry-level role that requires a bachelor’s degree and offers a base salary (minimum wage) plus commission. It is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain experience in recruiting and human resources while contributing directly to the success of a growing government contractor.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support full-cycle recruitment across healthcare, technical, business, and administrative roles.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers, project leads, and business leaders to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through proactive outreach methods including InMail, cold calling, targeted emails, and job boards.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth process.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and current candidate data.
Ensure compliance with government contracting standards, including VA, DoD, and healthcare credentialing requirements.
Hit weekly/monthly placement goals to earn commissions.
Create and refine job descriptions and role specifications in collaboration with hiring teams.
Support employer branding efforts, including social media and outreach campaigns, to attract top talent.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure hiring integrity.
Track and report recruitment metrics, using data insights to improve sourcing strategies and performance.
Leverage recruitment technologies, including ATS, HR software, and video conferencing tools, to streamline operations.
Stay informed on industry hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruiting.
Ensure a professional candidate experience through timely communication, follow-up, and consistent engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
1–2 years of experience in recruiting (remote recruiting experience preferred).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Comfortable using ATS platforms, job boards, and video/phone interview tools.
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
