Responsibilities

Define, develop, and drive Taiwan’s internal communication strategy, aligned with Taiwan FE Operations priorities and Micron Taiwan’s shared objectives. Collaborate with the GCM Taiwan team to roll out the organization culture nurturing campaign across Taoyuan, Taichung, and Tainan sites. Work closely with site leaders and people teams to prioritize messaging for Taiwan’s major sites and projects. Take ownership of MicronNow (site-level) and internal digital signage platforms to deliver site-specific content with strategic relevance. Be responsible for contributing content and messaging, reviewing collaterals, and keeping site profiles updated to fit local site communication needs. Support the implementation of the Engineering Mindset campaign, storytelling workshops, and peer-to-peer highlights as outlined in the internal talent retention program.

Partner with the GCM team to localize and implement corporate campaigns, executive messaging, transformation communications, and global strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with site leaders to prioritize messaging for Taiwan’s major sites and projects (e.g., Taichung, Taoyuan, Tainan) and optimize the communication toolkit for leaders to deliver compelling stories to motivate team members.
  • Take ownership of MicronNow (site-level) and internal digital signage platforms to deliver site-specific content with strategic relevance.
  • Be the gatekeeper of Micron brand and corporate narratives for site-level internal and external promotions, and provide communication counsel to site stakeholders
  • Be responsible for contributing content and messaging, reviewing collaterals from corporate, and keeping site profiles updated to fit local site communication needs while aligning with corporate GCM’s request

Work closely with the Taiwan Country Communication Manager to manage local issues and crisis communication.
