Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for World Headquarters roles. This position will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Reports to: Associate Director, Talent Acquisition for World Headquarters
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of World Headquarters and North America Zone
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview plans
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure alignment with overall HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to inform future recruitment strategies
  • Create and drive comprehensive recruiting strategies based on needs of each part of the organization, delivering inclusive and high-quality talent
  • Build pipelines and talent pools to ensure a robust flow of talent for future recruiting needs
  • Deliver performance aligned with best-in-class performance metrics and measures, including those focusing on speed of filled positions, quality of candidates, and the recruitment journey experience of both hiring managers and candidates
  • Stretch projects assigned as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
  • Proven track record of success in leading talent acquisition initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Results-oriented with a keen eye for inclusive and high-quality talent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract and retain top talent

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
