Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Travel & Expenses Program Manager, you will help scale our global T&E program and create employee experience that balances simplicity, speed and financial control. You will focus on optimizing processes in Brex and Redis policy to strengthen a culture of accountability and compliance and maximize spend efficiency.

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee T&E policy structure, spend controls, and budget management within Brex
  • Provide timely support and customer service to employees
  • Develop and analyze spend dashboards for leadership, identifying key trends, savings opportunities, and compliance risks
  • Conduct regular T&E audits and compliance reviews, ensuring strict adherence to company policies
  • Lead employee education and communications promoting Redis values
  • Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline T&E review, reporting, and compliance management

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing corporate T&E programs
  • Strong working knowledge of Brex 
  • Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendations

The estimated gross hourly rate for this contract role is $70.00 - $77.00 per hour in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. 

**This is a 6 month contract role ideally located in the Eastern Time zone (EST)**
