Systems Support Specialist

We are a growing property management company seeking an entry-level Systems Support Specialist to support our RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi property management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving support tickets, systems training, and assisting with property management system migration during property onboarding and supporting system distribution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  •     Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner
  •     Assist with property management system migration, as needed, during property onboarding
  •     Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management system
  •     Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
  •      Maintain system documentation and training materials
  •      Deliver Systems training partnering with Learning & Performance as Systems SME
  •      Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members
  •      Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Process optimization focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
