About this role:
Wells Fargo's EFT (Enterprise Functions Technology) group is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer. The EFT group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed. This Systems Operations Engineer will provide support and will optimize enterprise collaboration platforms, with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365), MS Teams, and SharePoint Online.

In this role, you will:
- Provide operational support and incident resolution for Microsoft 365 services, including MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related tools
- Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to enterprise collaboration systems and infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience
- Analyze technical queries and service requests, extract relevant data, and create reports or dashboards to support decision-making
- Recommend solutions for recurring technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and security standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant for M365 tools and best practices
- Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal use
- 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, specifically MS Teams and SharePoint Online
- 2+ years of experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL practices
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Availability for on-call support and off-hours maintenance as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft 365 platform updates
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule - ability to work in office
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
