Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect with a deep understanding of enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, and other enterprise systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex architectures to support our organization's evolving needs. This role requires expertise in development, data management, system integration, and a proactive approach to address challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions to seamlessly connect Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, and internal systems. Leverage data knowledge to optimize data flow, maintain data integrity, and facilitate effective decision-making processes.
  • Develop robust architecture designs for enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance requirements. Incorporate best practices in development and data management to create sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and align architectural strategies with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address their needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, influencing architectural decisions and promoting best practices in development, data governance, and system design. Mentor team members to foster their professional growth and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through architectural enhancements, code optimizations, and infrastructure upgrades. Utilize data insights to optimize resource utilization and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data across enterprise platforms. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, leveraging data knowledge to implement effective data governance practices and encryption techniques.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides. Document data models, integration points, and development workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system transparency.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in enterprise platform architecture. Evaluate the potential impact of emerging technologies on our organization and propose innovative solutions to enhance our digital infrastructure.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  

- Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in designing and implementing complex architectures for enterprise platforms, with a focus on development and data management.

  

- Strong expertise in system integration methodologies, API design, and data synchronization techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

  

- Relevant certifications and development/configuration experience in enterprise platform technologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Workday Certified Integration Consultant) are a plus.

- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing principles, SaaS applications, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with data storage solutions, database technologies, and data warehousing concepts.

  

- Experience in implementing security protocols, identity management, and encryption techniques. Knowledge of data governance principles and compliance requirements.

  

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
