BAE Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Project Lead to support our Bradley team within our Combat Mission Systems business.
In this role, you will support the program engineering manager (PEM) with primary responsible for management of cost, schedule, and performance of the work directives, in addition to supporting technical development of the product.

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Developing and maintaining project planning documents
- Support of Control Account Manager (CAM) duties for the work directives
- Risk management activities
- Maintaining program schedules/development of project plans
- Monitoring work and expenditures to ensure schedule and budget are maintained
- Lead preparation of status reports and other program documentation
- Support the analyses and allocation of systems requirements
- Lead analysis of alternatives or trade studies
- Assist in project reviews, including preparation of documentation
- Development and analysis of program metrics
- Coordinate, proof, manage and assemble program deliverables for the customer as well as internal status reports and tracking documentation
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 6 years of related experience to include project management, monitoring metrics and reporting, and managing and verifying system requirements
- Project management experience such as monitoring metrics and reporting exceptions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to initiate, prioritize, and coordinate tasks with multiple team members
- Data analysis skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Engineering degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with PM Compass, DOORS or Earned Value Management Systems
- Experience within the defense industry #LI-Hybird #LI-JR1
