Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of system enhancements under the guidance of senior engineers.

  • Participate in troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure components, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Support software development teams in optimizing application performance and reliability.

  • Aid in the implementation of automation processes to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Contribute to capacity planning activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Provide support and assistance to junior team members as needed.

  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in systems engineering or related roles, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure environment.

  • Basic proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration.

  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud architecture principles.

  • Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.

  • Understanding of network security principles and best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
