As a Systems Consultant for the Technology Experience Lab within the End User Computing (EUC) team, you will ensure engineering solutions are aligned with the EUC vision to improve user productivity and optimize the end user device experience. You will explore the latest technology and solutions to enhance and progress the progression in the modern workspace environment. In this position, the candidate in partnership with team members will provide technical direction on current and future technical needs for end-user computing.
Using agile practices, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver impactful end user computing solutions for our field and home office associates.

The Impact:
As the Systems Consultant for the Technology Experience Lab, your key responsibilities will include:
- A focus on employee technology including testing, quality assurance and end user experience.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects/work assignments that are short to medium term in duration
- Work with team members to update strategy and roadmap documentation to align with overall department vision and goals
- Ability to research new technical capabilities and work with team members to define direction and make recommendations on course of action
- Familiarity with collaboration technologies to improve customer experience and increase productivity
- Must have an eagerness to learn and grow through managed experimentation.
- Ensure compliance with performance, security, and industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to anticipate impacts from incoming priorities
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 3 + years of experience in Apple Eco System
- 3+ years of experience with end-user computing technologies
The Ideal Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading complex technology projects and delivering high-quality solutions
- Demonstrated expertise with end user computing technologies, including desktop and application virtualization, endpoint management and mobile device management (JAMF/Workspace One).
- Project Coordination Skills
- Strong Knowledge of Windows, iOS operating Systems, MAC OS, iOS and Android
- Strong Analysis and Trouble-shooting Skills
- Strong Customer Focus skills
- Self-motivated, hard-working and operates with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum-of-Scrums, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
