The Role

As a Systems Administrator, you will be a part of the Information Technology team working to administer and make architectural decisions with Bloomerang’s core technology apps.

 

What You Will Do

  • Advanced Systems Administration & Lifecycle: Full-spectrum responsibility for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including proactive enhancements and troubleshooting. Experience within companies of 500+ employees preferred. 
  • Systems Integration & Automation: Technical expertise in making disparate applications communicate via APIs and workflow automation tools to create seamless data flow.
  • Senior Technical Leadership: Serves as the primary escalation point for Desktop Support Engineers, providing expert-level guidance on complex technical issues.
  • Cross-Functional Project Delivery: Proven ability to facilitate and deliver technical solutions collaboratively across different business units while maintaining high standards through rigorous ticket quality control.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Comprehensive Systems Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex IT systems, with a rigorous focus on detail during configuration and change management.
  • Apple-First Ecosystem Mastery: Proficiency in managing a mixed-platform environment, with expert-level troubleshooting and administration skills specifically tailored to macOS (and supplemental support for Windows).
  • Identity & Collaboration: Hands-on administration experience within a modern cloud-first stack, including Okta for identity management, Google Workspace for enterprise collaboration, and Slack for internal communications.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Foundation: Practical experience navigating the AWS Admin Portal to manage permissions, monitor resources, or support cloud-based infrastructure initiatives.
  • Documentation & Technical Communication: High level of written and verbal clarity, with a commitment to maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation for all systems and procedures.
  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Hands-on experience utilizing generative and agentic AI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and improve overall team output.
  • Continuous Innovation & Adaptability: A proactive "builder" mindset with an enthusiasm for staying ahead of tech trends and responsibly integrating emerging AI capabilities to drive creative solutions.

Nice To Have

  • Advanced Sales Tech Stack Management: Proven experience configuring and optimizing high-velocity sales tools, including VoIP/dialers, email sequencing platforms, and sales intelligence software (e.g., Gong, Clay).
  • Salesforce Mastery: Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration, with a focus on how CRM architecture supports complex RevOps workflows and data enrichment.
  • Technical Infrastructure & Security: Deep understanding of the "plumbing" behind sales tools, specifically API integrations, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and system security protocols.
  • Email Deliverability Expertise: Specialized knowledge in managing email health, including domain warming, deliverability monitoring, and sequencing best practices to ensure high inbox placement.

Compensation 
The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $100,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
