We’re leading the way in redefining the workwear category. Our mission is to engineer better boots and apparel for our country’s tradesmen and women by working directly with real workers to learn what they actually need to execute their jobs.
The BRUNT team is not only devoted to improving on the old workwear standards, but we’re also creating a community that tradesmen and women can call their own. From our weekly hangouts at the BRUNT Garage, to hosting events across the country, we’re all about getting boots on the ground and building something real with the BRUNT crew.

- Lead initiatives around systems access and security, including user provisioning, permissions management, and data governance, to safeguard information and streamline the employee experience.
- Document all related processes to ensure repeatability and audits logs of all related activities.
ERP Management
- Act as a key technical driver and administrator in Netsuite, collaborating with accounting and operations teams to optimize the NetSuite environment, prevent systems failures, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize API integrations and connectors (e.g., Celigo) as well as third-party tools, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Own system configuration, user setup, testing, and documentation across ERP platforms to support accuracy, compliance, and a consistent end-user experience.
Security & Compliance
- Design and implement company-wide IT controls, user permissions, audit logs, and backup protocols related to our systems environment.
- Maintain cyber hygiene across the various systems: software updates, patching schedules, and cloud asset protection.
