Job OverviewWe are looking for a Syndigo PIM Developer with intermediate-level experience in developing, configuring, and enhancing Syndigo Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. The role will focus on supporting product data workflows, configuring PIM functionality, developing enhancements, and integrating Syndigo with other enterprise systems.
- Develop, configure, and enhance Syndigo PIM functionality based on business requirements.
- Configure product attributes, categories, hierarchies, workflows, validations, and data models.
- Develop and maintain product data workflows and business rules.
- Support integrations between Syndigo PIM and other systems such as ERP, eCommerce, CMS, or downstream applications.
- Work with APIs and data interfaces to exchange product information between systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve issues related to PIM functionality, product data, workflows, and integrations.
- Support testing, deployment, and production fixes for PIM enhancements.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into Syndigo configurations or development solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- 2–5 years of experience in PIM/Product Data Management development or implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Syndigo PIM.
- Experience configuring product attributes, categories, hierarchies, workflows, and validations.
- Understanding of product data management and data quality concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs / JSON / XML and basic system integrations.
- Good SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data mapping and transformation.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with business users and understand product data requirements.
- Experience integrating Syndigo with eCommerce platforms, ERP, CMS, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of PIM, MDM, DAM, or product content syndication concepts.
- Experience with API tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and integration platforms.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
A hands-on Syndigo PIM Developer who can independently handle day-to-day configuration, development, data workflows, basic integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Syndigo PIM.
