The SVP, Global Technology is responsible for leading Bullhorn's IT operations and strategy, with a focus on utilizing technology to drive business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is positioned at the intersection of business strategy and technology, with the crucial responsibility of directing the company's IT vision and ensuring its alignment with business objectives for sustainable growth, competitive advantage, and operational excellence. As a vital executive team member, the SVP, Global Technology is tasked with transforming the IT department into a strategic business partner that not only supports but also drives the company's goals through innovative technology solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a visionary IT strategy that aligns with and accelerates Bullhorn's business objectives.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
Ensure strong IT and cyber-security frameworks that protect company data and support operational needs.
Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, machine learning) to maintain competitive advantage and drive business value.
Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, fostering a data-driven culture that leverages insights for operational improvement and strategic initiatives.
Strategically manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and products.
Oversee IT compliance with laws, regulations, and standards, managing risks associated with data privacy and cyber-security.
Lead IT change management efforts, ensuring smooth implementation of new systems and processes and fostering organizational adaptation and growth.
Build and lead a high-performing IT team committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key experience / requirements:
Over 10 years of IT leadership in SaaS environments, with a track record of scaling systems and managing high-growth transitions.
Experience leading Agile teams in software development, business analysis, and project management.
Proven success in leading digital transformation, with a strong focus on technology innovation.
Expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiations, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated ability in driving change, promoting agility, and embedding a culture of innovation.
Expert in deploying BI and data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Established ability in process automation and operational efficiency.
Known for strategic planning and flawless execution of major IT initiatives.
Recognized for proactive collaboration across business units.
