You will lead a distributed team responsible for Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps tooling, infrastructure operations, and platform support.

You will join a well-established, high-performing team with technical ownership and mature processes. The platform, built in-house, supports the Dentsu.Connect product ecosystem and is expanding its impact across the broader enterprise.

This is a HYBRID position reporting to Global Chief Product Officer, Products and Platforms.

We value leaders who:

Scope of Ownership

Functional oversight includes:

  • Site Reliability Engineering

  • Minimum of 10+ years in engineering roles, with significant experience in:
    • Running large-scale, complex platforms
    • Cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure)
    • Observability, monitoring, and cost optimization

  • Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Snowflake DevOps practices
  • Ability to represent platform engineering in executive forums and cross-functional planning and expanding platform capabilities across enterprise environments
  • Ability to shape and execute long-term platform strategy

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
