The SVP of Corporate Systems oversees enterprise corporate systems strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance, while managing budgets and vendor relations.
Position Summary
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Systems will serve as a key member of the IT leadership team, responsible for driving strategy, execution, and optimization of all enterprise-wide corporate systems. This includes systems supporting Finance, HR, and Legal. The SVP will oversee the design, integration, and ongoing enhancement of these platforms to enable scale, improve user experience, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency. This role also includes full ownership of the Corporate Systems budget and P&L, with responsibility for financial planning, vendor management, and ensuring ROI on all technology investments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and governance of corporate systems, including ERP, HCM, financial reporting, procurement, and legal systems.
- Partner with executive stakeholders (CFO, CHRO, General Counsel, etc.) to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Ensure corporate systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance.
- Lead major transformation initiatives including ERP or HCM system migrations, upgrades, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets and project portfolios with clear KPIs and measurable business impact.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles managing corporate systems.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of business processes across finance, HR, legal, and procurement.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multi-business-unit environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $250,000- $275,000 Base Salary Compensation Range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
