About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SVP of Business Development to lead our revenue growth while personally driving key strategic accounts. This dual-focused role combines hands-on leadership of our business development team with direct responsibility for closing key enterprise deals with health systems and payors.

At Getlabs, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with Getlabs’ goals and objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Lead business development efforts across several key partner types: health systems, payers, diagnostic laboratories, telehealth, and clinical studies
- Drive sales forecasting & strategic planning and be responsible for delivering sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Product Development team on short-term goals and long-term strategies to build category-leading products
- Build on relationships with existing customers, leading to revenue retention and growth
- Drive the creation of effective pricing strategies and sales collateral
- Attend healthcare industry conferences and represent Getlabs as a speaker as opportunities arise
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success, with at least five years in a leadership role in the B2B healthcare space
- Proven track record of winning and expanding key enterprise deals with health systems and payors
- Previous experience scaling sales at a startup from 10M to 30M+ arr
- Goal-oriented approach: proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets, ideally selling into health systems and payors
- Strategic thinking: background in developing growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors
- Strong interpersonal skills: excellent communication with an ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Leadership: oversee, lead, and motivate the sales team, including sales managers, account executives, and sales support
- Strategic thinker: match partner needs to solutions Innovator: out-of-box thinker who seeks solutions beyond existing offerings
- Team player: ability to collaborate with other departments
