Overview of the Role 

  • The Support Specialist – Distributor Management position is responsible for providing business support for the National Distributor Management Team   
  • Location: Fully Remote but if local to Chicago, IL would observe a hybrid scheduled 3 days in-office
  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills

What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune  

  • Manage completion and submission of distributor promotional forms  
  • Process product price and spec changes within distributor systems  
  • Maintain complex calendar of distributor processes and deadlines   
  • Assist CA Support department with distributor policies, purchase order revisions and trade deduction resolution   
  • Maintain constant communication with Client Representatives as needed to complete tasks and meet deadlines  
  • Master Distributor web portals analyzing inventory, item and sales data to grow Client profitability   
  • Assist on inter-departmental projects when needed to meet KPIs set for the agency by our clients  

What You Should Bring to the Table 

  • Excellent computer skills with strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency   
  • Impeccable organizational and multi-tasking skills   
  • Strong attention to detail and committed to accuracy  
  • 2+ years in an office administrative role preferred  
  • Must be resourceful and able to find information when answers are not clear  
  • Demonstrate professional verbal/written communication skills   
  • Able to collaborate with a team as well as independently motivated  
  • Consumer packaged goods experience
