Overview
The Support Agreement Analyst will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) (AD-RDA PEO Medical Systems) by developing and managing support agreements within a federal environment. This role focuses on direct support to SDD product teams with new agreement needs and the management of an established inventory of active agreements in compliance with the DoDI 4000.19 and other guidance. In this role, the Support Agreement Analyst will collaborate with personnel across business units and functional areas; write, review, and edit support agreements of varying complexity and other technical supporting documents; capture metrics data for reporting efforts to differing levels of leadership; and provide clear and effective communications. Strong technical writing and editorial skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The position is remote, with regular Teams meetings and on-line availability during core hours required. This position involves close work with government stakeholders in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track the coordination of Support Agreements in accordance with the DoDI 4000.19, the NIST 800-53, and the DHA Support Agreements Handbook.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage Support Agreements (including Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Interagency Agreements (IAAs), and Interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs)) for all SDD-supported efforts to include drafting, reviews, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with Support Agreements personnel throughout the organization, as well as with SDD Product Teams and other Functional Matrix personnel.
- Maintain a central repository for all Support Agreement documentation to include both working and approved Support Agreements.
- Develop and maintain templates and process assets associated with Support Agreements and associated reporting efforts.
- Maintain Support Agreement schedules in collaboration with other process areas.
- Maintain and improve the collection of meaningful metrics data to inform process analysis and improvement related to Support Agreements as necessary.
- Provide necessary Support Agreement training both on a regular basis and as requested to educate SDD staff on process, process changes, and Support Agreements best practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong editorial and writing skills, with attention to detail. Demonstrates a particularly keen eye for grammar, style, and consistency.
- Comfort/familiarity with technical subjects in fields such as Emerging Technology, CyberSecurity, Healthcare, and Engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with emphasis on working effectively as a team member and across functional areas/agency boundaries.
- Robust organization skills to support multiple Products and meet deadlines in a demanding and evolving environment.
- SharePoint Online experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with DoD Acquisition and Support Agreements processes, tools, and techniques preferred.
- Knowledge of the PMBOK® process inputs, outputs, tools and techniques preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Basic Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly salary
The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. We do not use salary history to determine compensation, in line with applicable law.
