Job Description
The Supply Chain Standards, Reporting and Analytics (SRA) Manager leads the CDMO digital integration efforts for Supply Chain in partnership with Supply Chain teams, and the Data, Technology, and Engineering (DTE) organization.
Additionally, this role will support the development of analytics, KPIs, reporting, and data standards for SCM across all disease areas and enable insights with effective data visualization. This person will collaborate closely with SCM and DTE stakeholders to understand needs and shape deliverables for analytics, KPIs and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead CDMO digital integration work for supply chain. Ensure supply chain requirements are understood by the integration team and met by digital collaboration deliverables, perform gap assessments.
- Lead change management efforts and new process designs in collaboration with the Supply Chain Planning Process Ownership (PPO) and planning teams.
- Support the development of dashboards for CDMO data visualization and integration of data directly with SC systems.
- Partner with all supply chain planning functions, PPO team and with DTE stakeholders, to identify supply chain reporting and analytics needs and to develop and implement solutions.
- Develop and utilize KPIs and metrics to monitor and improve SC performance and inform strategic business decisions.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Support decision making through data-driven actionable insights.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, E&O impact, and inventory reconciliation.
- Stay informed of industry best practices for analytics and reporting and supply chain digital transformation.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including supply chain planning, PPO and DTE to drive strategic initiatives and corporate, department and team goals
- Close collaboration with DTE to ensure systems configurations and capabilities and data integrity support SC reporting and analytics needs.
TECHNICAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Demonstrates strong aptitude for influencing without authority and for motivating others and building team unity.
- Demonstrates ability to take ownership, own responsibilities, and see projects through to successful completion
- Exhibits robust supply chain planning knowledge. Experience in areas of Supply Planning, Inventory Management, MPS/MRP, Demand Planning and S&OP.
- Experience planning with CMO's and collaborating on short term and long-term build plans
- Significant experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning system
- Significant experience using Oracle OPM or similar ERP system
- Experience in digital transformation projects and familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
- Possesses a distinguished record of delivering on critical goals and moving projects forward.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high degree of effectiveness.
- Ability to implement a “continuous improvement” mindset/culture for improving our processes and ways of working.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written/oral) laterally and vertically.
- Displays strong commitment to the company’s core values.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline, preferably supply chain or industrial operations engineering
- 5+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in supply chain or a relevant field
Pay Range:
$116,200 - $174,200Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
