Supply Chain Resiliency Program Manager. Boston, MA.  Lead proactive risk analysis of automotive electronics supply chain to identify high risk suppliers, commodities, PNs, or nodes. Work closely with functional areas to develop digital models of end-to-end supply chain to identify vulnerabilities. Evaluate product flow paths and revenue impact of disruptions and single-source/highly concentrated products. Implement mitigation plans that address identified risk(s) and optimize ability to maintain production. Lead cross-functional workshops and drive actions to address supply chain risk. Own “Risk Value Heat Map” and ensure risk parameters/methodology are updated. Implement and lead program to drive supply chain risk assessment and resiliency into new program launches. Provide management reporting on supply chain resiliency. Work closely with supply chain leaders to ensure resiliency is embedded into category strategies. Requires travel 1-2x / year to Europe/Asia. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field and five years of progressive industry experience with supply chain/procurement for automotive electronics. Experience must include:  conducting procurement cycle activities, formulating category management strategies, coordinating bid processes, performing spend analysis, budgeting, and negotiations, mitigating supply chain risks, working with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and upgrading supplier processes.
