Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations for Cloud Hardware procurement and logistics, with a focus on EU supply chain planning, VAR & OEM management, and tax compliance. This role involves driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency, establishing new processes, managing vendor relationships, and improving procurement and inventory strategies while ensuring compliance with international logistics and tax regulations.
Location: Kirkland, WA (or within the same time zone)
What you get to do in this role:

• Establish & Improve Supply Chain Processes: Design and implement new workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance with EU and global logistics regulations.
• Logistics & Tax Compliance (EU Focus): Serve as a subject matter expert on EU logistics, import/export regulations, and tax requirements, ensuring compliance and cost optimization.
• Supply Chain Planning & Forecasting: Lead demand planning, procurement forecasting, and inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize excess holding costs.
• Procure-to-Pay Process Oversight: Manage and enhance the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle, ensuring smooth coordination across procurement, finance, and logistics.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with VARs and OEMs, ensuring supplier performance, contract negotiations, and alignment with company objectives.
• Cloud Hardware Supply Chain: Drive best practices for cloud hardware procurement and supply chain strategies to support infrastructure scalability.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify and implement supply chain efficiencies, cost savings, and process enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Quarterly Supply Chain Reporting: Ensure accurate financial reporting, budget tracking, and performance evaluation to support business objectives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement, with a focus on international operations.
• Expertise in EU logistics, tax regulations, and import/export compliance.
• Strong planning background with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Proven VAR & OEM management experience, including supplier negotiations and contract oversight.
• Cloud hardware supply chain experience is highly desired.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, BPC) in medium to large organizations.

JV20
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $111,700 - $195,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
