The Cadence Solutions team is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Director to oversee the seamless flow of medical devices to our significantly growing population of patients. This role is responsible for supply chain management, forecasting, procurement, inventory oversight, distribution oversight, and the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Supply Chain Management
- Nurture and grow our supply chain and logistics relationships across procurement, inventory management, and distribution to enable the highest quality and most financially-scalable supply chain and logistics solution for our patients.
- Supply Chain Strategy
- Create contingency plans to ensure resilience within our supply chain; diligence and maintain a pipeline of qualified partners.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, assess their impact on our supply chain, and execute necessary changes accordingly.
- Procurement and Inventory & Distribution Oversight:
- Forecast demand, and manage and continually improve all processes across procurement, inventory, and distribution/delivery.
- Ensure that our partners meet quality, pricing, timing, and compliance requirements through close tracking and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Operations Improvement:
- Influence change across teams to resolve bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with our product, engineering, and design teams on adjustments to our current offerings and processes, including next generation devices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 8+ years of experience, with 5+ working in supply chain management within Healthcare is required.
- Previous startup experience is required.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards, such as FDA regulations, GMP certification, and ISO 13485 certification.
- Analytical, data-driven, and a problem solver with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
