Locus Robotics is a leader in the rapidly growing eCommerce order fulfillment optimization space. Our solution helps warehouse owners attain 2-3X efficiency improvement over cart-picking operations, by empowering pickers to work collaboratively with our robots. All this is accomplished while integrating with the operator’s Warehouse Management System, utilizing and optimizing existing facility infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join the ranks of a brilliant, high performance team, deploying cutting-edge technology to address real-world logistics challenges for major global brands.

As a Supply Chain Intern at Locus Robotics, you will play a key role in sourcing the components that power our robots. This Includes taking ownership of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) that help us understand supplier pricing and lead times, and turn them into the data and insights our teams rely on to make smart decisions. From working directly in our ERP system to streamlining workflows and collaborating with suppliers, you’ll have a real impact on the speed, cost, and quality of our supply chain. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll gain meaningful experience and see how supply chain operations actually power a cutting-edge robotics company.

  • Manage the collection and organization of historical and current supplier quotations within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation for sourcing decisions.
  • Develop standardized RFQ and quoting procedures, including workflows and templates, to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain QMS documentation related to the RFQ process, including process maps and supporting materials to ensure compliance and cross-functional alignment.
  • Support sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier communications, spend analysis, purchase order coordination, and dashboard maintenance

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a hybrid role (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) for 2026 Summer internship period (May/June - August).
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (rising junior or senior) or graduate student at an accredited college or university studying the field of Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
