Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship
  • You must have a graduation date of December 2026 or later to qualify for the program.

  • Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role with a strong interest in numbers/mathematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with others
  • Must provide reliable transportation & housing
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The WWT Internship Program is a 10 week summer program designed to give college students an opportunity to experience the workplace prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on better preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. Job Title: Engineering Intern

Job Summary

The Engineering Intern will provide internal support to the high-performing teams within one of our Engineering organizations. This role focuses on technical solution development and/or strategic initiative management to drive delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. The intern will collaborate with various departments to implement effective engineering programs that enhance product performance and operational efficiency. This position requires you to live in the St. Louis, MO metro or surrounding area and be onsite at our Edwardsville location.
