We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water.

We feel proud every day about what we do. We're all part of the same crucial mission, no matter what function we support -- it's to provide safe, clean water for the world, and to protect our planet's most valuable resource.

What we do:

For 150 years, Watts has built best-in-class products that are trusted by customers in residential and commercial settings across the world. We are at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology to provide smart and connected, sustainable water solutions for the future. Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.

Watts is in the process of transitioning to a new ERP system. During this transition, the legacy ERP will communicate with the new system through Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) logic, requiring increased manual maintenance to ensure data accuracy and process continuity. We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain ERP Transition Specialist to manage and oversee this manual intervention, ensuring seamless order processing, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination between systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Manually maintain and update POs and SOs in both ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track and reconcile transactions between the old and new ERP to prevent discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mismatches between systems related to lead times, order confirmations, and deliveries.
  • Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of data.
  • Monitor system-generated errors and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear documentation of manual processes and system dependencies to support the transition.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports to monitor PO/SO accuracy, backlog status, and potential risks.
  • Act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related modules, providing insights and recommendations to ensure the system supports operational needs.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  •  3+ years of experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a must) and an understanding of how ERP systems integrate with supply chain processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software/tools.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
