Lexington Medical is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support material resource planning (MRP), inventory management, and cross-functional communication across supply chain, production, and quality. You’ll transform raw data into strategic insights that drive operational efficiency and decision-making. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Drive logistics and inventory insights to improve planning and execution.
  • Generate, track, and report monthly KPIs and fiscal year supply chain goals.
  • Support MRP by analyzing inventory levels, supplier performance, and production schedules.
  • Leverage Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) to analyze data from Odoo (ERP) and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with receiving, quality, and production teams to support day-to-day execution.
  • Act as a liaison between supply chain and suppliers; support supplier relationship management including communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop an understanding of ERP capabilities; serve as a go-to resource for maintaining and configuring ERP systems.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations role.
  • Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • PowerBI or Tableau experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail (hint: Mystery question answer is 23, we're asking to help filter out AI only applicants)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
