Job Description: The Supply Chain Analyst II supports the Demand Planning team by managing the Market Intelligence and Add to Stock (ATS) system, ensuring data accuracy, resolving data issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to enhance forecasting inputs and improve the effectiveness of the Market Intelligence process. The analyst also leads process improvement initiatives to support greater efficiency and maturity within demand planning operations.
Core Responsibilities: (Exclude if less than 15%)
Market Intelligence & Add to Stock System:
Process daily Market Intelligence submissions and ensure data is accurately captured in the “Add to Stock” (ATS) system.
Validate incoming intelligence and investigate data quality issues in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
Identify root causes for inaccurate or incomplete market intelligence and drive resolution across stakeholders.
Lead and support initiatives to improve the end-to-end Market Intelligence process, including tools, data flow, and communication protocols.
Maintain and update the ATS database to ensure current and reliable data is available for demand planning and inventory decisions.
Process Improvement Projects:
Lead initiatives to improve demand planning processes.
Drive the team toward greater process maturity and operational excellence.
Analytics:
Develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams.
Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
Qualifying Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning (required).
Proven track record of supporting or managing demand planning or supply planning processes.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), and Alteryx (required).
Experience working with Microsoft Access databases (required).
Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred.
Experience with supply chain systems like SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of data entry, maintenance, and reporting in Microsoft Access.
Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of supply chain concepts, forecasting techniques, and inventory management best practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and processes within the supply chain space.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in deliverables.
Experience in implementing or supporting supply chain software (e.g., SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
