About You

Nutrafol is seeking a Contract Supply Chain Analyst (D365 ERP). In this role, you will be focused on data mining and transactions. Additionally you will serve as the primary link between physical production and warehouse activity and digital inventory records, while partnering with Supply Chain, Operations and Accounting/Finance teams at Nutrafol. 

Contract Details: This is a full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 contract with an anticipated 6-month duration. The hourly rate is $35–$40, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Monitor and process daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory production adjustments and finished good receipts to ensure system accuracy.
  • Bulk and Packaging Builds: Ensure every batch record is produced for all sites for all bulk and packaged goods. Working closely with each CMO on production schedule.
  • Inventory Auditing: Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating the root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain routine reports on all inventory to ensure transactions have posted appropriately and there are no discrepancies.
  • Data Integrity Maintenance: Audit "master data" (e.g., part numbers, unit of measure, and storage location assignments) to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production.
  • Cross Functional Data Gathering: Work cross functionally with planning, CMOs, quality and OPS to reconcile completed batches and transact them to completion in the ERP

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • D365 F&O ERP: Basic understanding of how inventory modules function within a corporate business system
    • Advanced Excel: High proficiency with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data cleaning
    • Data Tools: Familiarity with SQL for basic database queries or Power BI for initial data visualization is preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail to catch minor data entry errors and a proactive approach to solving logistical puzzles

The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
