Job Description

JDE USA is seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst – this is a contract position expected to last 4 months.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Supply & Demand Planning, particularly in the food and beverage industry, and experience working with premium brands. As a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst for JDE USA, you will work closely with our team and partners, contributing to our growth in the coffee market.

Responsibilities

  • VAS – Forecasting, inventory availability and analysis for 3PL 6 week kitting plan
  • Work order upload and lot code verification in Deposco WMS system
  • Report generation and analysis – aging inventory and actions
  • Help launch Order Reservation system and become point person for uploads needed to ensure allocation plans are followed
  • Assist with manual allocation tool
  • Working with channel leads to get insight, review with Demand Planning Manager to then send out finalized allocation plans

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years planning experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Strong background in WMS systems
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility
