Responsibilities:

  • Research, qualify and enroll our customers' suppliers in MineralTree's virtual card payment program and supplier network through heavy outbound calling
  • Educate the supplier on the value of accepting virtual cards
  • Identify and overcome objections through active listening, and effective and professional communication
  • Guide the supplier through the enrollment process while providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Efficiently and accurately gather all required data from the supplier to finalize the enrollment process, while demonstrating a strong attention to detail
  • Consistently exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics and quality assurance goals, while maintaining a high-level customer experience
  • Ability to consistently stay self-motivated to achieve high volumes of outbound calls and exceeding enrollment and performance metrics with minimal daily supervision
  • Cross-train on other Payment Optimization & Payment Operations team functions as needed
  • Critically evaluate the business processes related to the role, and suggest improvements where needed
  • Help train new members of this quickly growing team


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience (b2b sales experience preferred-virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, eProcurement)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and goals
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Customer service orientation with strong attention to detail
  • High degree of energy and self-motivation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • High standards of integrity
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (SalesForce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
  • Interest in being part of a fast-paced and growing culture!
