Supervisor, Quality Assurance

• Supports leadership by overseeing daily operations of quality assurance teams to drive consistent implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance, standards, and adherence
• Reviews the performance issues remediation plan and controls in place for identified risks with leadership to drive transparency and quality
• Oversees meetings with department to review performance issues, risks, and controls that are identified during quality reviews to develop appropriate remediation plans
• Collaborates with training teams to develop, review, and approve of appropriate training materials / programs for team members
• Reviews score card information for performance reviews highlighting key performance indicators (KPI) and provides guidance to improve interactions, systems, and processes
• Manages all quality assurance policies, procedures, regulations, and standards to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance requirements are met
• Provides training and coaching to direct reports for process improvement within the quality assurance team
• Provides evaluation for quality assurance team on performance and feedback on improvement opportunity and career growth path
• Collaborates with training teams to develop, review, and approve of appropriate training materials and/or programs for quality assurance personnel
• Supports quality assurance leadership with onboarding, hiring, and training new employees to the department
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Preferred Experience: Quality assurance auditing background, leadership or coaching experience, project management skills.
