Due to growth, we are adding a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to our team!
The Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation will work with the Strategic Technology Systems Development team to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision. This position will implement a suite of testing tools and further develop our software quality assurance expertise as well as implement a suite of automation frameworks and lead a group of Software Quality Assurance professionals.

ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance testers providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards through thorough test planning, testing of new functionality, and robust automated testing frameworks.
- Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs
- Primarily hands-on role with a strong individual contributor focus (approximately 70%)
- Provides light people leadership and mentorship responsibilities (approximately 30%)
- Evaluate existing QA tools and processes; recommend and drive continuous improvements to automation strategy and execution.
- Establish and enforce team standards and development guidelines to ensure scalability and maintainability of automation frameworks.
- Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with leadership for appropriate staffing levels. Plan and implement capacity and resource expansion to ensure scalability and acceptable performance.
- Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.
- Serve on as team representative during meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
- 6+ years of experience required.
- Experience with agile methodologies and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., required.
- Experience testing cloud-native applications in any primary public cloud provider: AWS, or Azure, or GPC Experience in AWS is preferred.
- Demonstrated application of data privacy practices and laws required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and resources required.
- Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
