Job Summary: The primary goal of the Supervisor, Inside Sales is to drive revenue growth by leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).

What you’ll do:

  • Set clear sales goals, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a positive, results-oriented team culture.

  • Recruit, interview, and select talented sales professionals. Train new hires on products, services, sales processes, and company policies.

  • Prospect and sell alongside the team, demonstrating effective sales techniques.

  • Proactively generate new payment processing business through internal and self-sourced leads, employing cold-calling strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.

  • Negotiate contract terms, establish pricing, and ensure successful activation of new merchant accounts.

  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor team and individual ISR KPIs, including call volume, qualified leads, conversion rates, and deal size.

  • Conduct daily check-ins with team members to provide assistance with systems, underwriting, training, escalations, and other needs.

What we need from you: 

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Management experience within the Payments industry.

  • 3+ years of Payments Sales experience in a self-prospecting role.

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (plus uncapped commission)
