What’s on offer?

Based in Dapto and servicing regional NSW, the role is for a hands-on supervisor who can operate plant when needed, and lead the supervision of a small site team, in efficient and timely execution of construction activities of our projects. Working with the engineering team, you will ensure safety first, quality, environmental and stakeholder objectives are achieved, as well as monitoring of program and forecasted budgets to ensure the delivery of works within critical program date.

This a permanent position based in Dapto where you will have a rewarding long-term career, with excellent career development potential. An essential part of the role is the ability to travel to the sites across NSW. Depending on the location, works may be on a roster cycle.

We are also open to review applications of candidates that are based in Lismore & Tenterfield regions.

The ideal candidate be involved in:

• Carrying out plant inspection check lists
• Supervise subcontract packages and ensure compliance with defined scope
• Initiating and communicating ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs
• Actively participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions and safety meetings.

How you'll connect to the role?

• Proven experience as construction Foreman, preferably on structures projects
• Knowledge of industry related standards and specifications
• Able to maintain an energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
• Have strong safety and environmental awareness
