Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy initiatives.
- Advise and influence senior leaders and executives on major business decisions and change initiatives.
- Manage related projects as a coordinated program, overseeing objectives, implementation plans, and execution.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define, prioritize, and achieve strategic objectives, recommending alternative solutions as needed.
- Execute process improvement analysis, identify issues, design solutions, and quantify operational benefits.
- Ensure compliance with control, audit, and information risk policies throughout program execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units and deliver effective presentations and project updates.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BA or BS degree, 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management and/or trading services, specifically in order execution, trade execution, and settlement
- Expertise in project management discipline and techniques; experience in delivering end-to-end solutions/programs
- Proven ability to lead, with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Expertise to create presentations across various levels. Ability to deliver in person & virtual presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Ability to establish/maintain strong relationships/partnerships across various internal and external business partners
- Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Expertise in data analysis techniques, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong syndicated loan experience and knowledge of loan products preferred
- Skilled in leveraging digital literacy to adopt and integrate innovative technologies, enhancing trade services and operational efficiency.
- Capable of utilizing AI and machine learning to enhance trade service processes and improve decision-making, driving data-driven insights and outcomes.
