Job Description

This role serves as a strategic leader supporting Allstate's Agency Value Proposition (AAVP) and Omnichannel Distribution support strategy. The position is responsible for partnering across Distribution, Marketing, Product, Service, Technology, and Enablement teams to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully activated, adopted, and sustained across the distribution ecosystem.
The role develops and executes enterprise-level activation strategies, operating plans, and change adoption approaches that enable business transformation and accelerate achievement of growth, customer experience, and operational objectives. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, this individual brings strong strategic thinking, organizational influence, and execution discipline to help teams navigate complex change and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Success requires an assertive and highly collaborative leader who can guide business partners through the change management process, establish clear accountability, challenge assumptions when needed, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. The ideal candidate can balance strategic planning with operational delivery, ensuring the organization moves quickly while maintaining focus on adoption, readiness, and business impact.
Given the scale and strategic importance of the AAVP and Omnichannel Distribution support, this role will play a critical leadership position in connecting strategy to execution and may evolve over time to include direct people leadership responsibilities.

Strategic Planning & Business Enablement

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate AAVP and Omnichannel Distribution objectives into executable activation and adoption strategies.
  • Develop strategic plans and operating approaches that support growth, customer experience, and distribution transformation goals.
  • Ensure initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities while meeting the needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Bring thought leadership, external perspective, and innovative ideas to strengthen business outcomes and execution effectiveness.

Change Management & Adoption Leadership

  • Lead activation efforts for complex strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and accountable for successful implementation.
  • Guide business leaders through change planning, readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and reinforcement activities.
  • Establish clear adoption metrics and accountability structures to ensure initiatives achieve intended business results.
  • Identify risks, barriers, and organizational impacts and develop mitigation strategies to accelerate adoption.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong partnerships across Distribution, Product, Marketing, Service, Technology, Operations, and Learning organizations.
  • Influence without direct authority to drive alignment, commitment, and execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate enterprise-wide coordination efforts to ensure consistency in messaging, priorities, and activation plans.
  • Hold partners accountable to agreed-upon commitments, decisions, timelines, and outcomes.

Program Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Develop strategic and operational parameters for complex initiatives that span multiple functions and business teams.
  • Drive execution through disciplined program management, governance, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize business insights and data to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Continuously improve activation processes, tools, and methodologies to increase organizational effectiveness.

Communications & Leadership Support

  • Develop executive-level communications, activation materials, and stakeholder engagement plans that support strategic priorities.
  • Help leaders translate strategy into actionable priorities for frontline teams and key stakeholder groups.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to leaders on organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained behavior change.

Organizational Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to business leaders and partners.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate executive presence and confidence when navigating complex business decisions and competing priorities.
  • Build scalable capabilities and practices that support long-term transformation efforts.
  • Potentially assume direct leadership responsibilities as the function and organizational needs evolve.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, change management, program management, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining productive working relationships.
  • Experience developing activation, adoption, and organizational readiness strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
