What You Will Do:
- Support the development of digital go‑to‑market strategies, including identifying customer and dealer opportunities, defining value propositions, and aligning digital initiatives to business objectives.
- Help shape leadership discussions by providing strategic insights and recommendations related to digital market entry, expansion, and execution models.
- Organizing and collaborating with the Digital Adoption and Customer Success business.
- Facilitate weekly and quarterly staff meetings including summaries and tracking of action-items.
- Ad-hoc strategy, special project work, dispositioning projects, opportunities, and challenges, and leading project work or organizing to where work can be handed off.
- Coordinating leadership input and positions on various items and acting as extension of Director role representing at meetings as needed.
- Enable industry and segment growth through data and reporting on DACS initiatives
- Collaborate across various workstreams to gather requirements and develop project planning
- Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
What You Will Have:
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control projects using appropriate resources.
- Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
- College or University degree or certification that is equivalent in computer science, information systems, or closely related disciplines. Rep experience or Experience working and influencing Cat Dealers.
- Extensive experience working in a business environment
- Proven experience with Project Management concepts including Project Charters, Scheduling and Planning Projects and successful completion
- Extensive previous Project Management experience
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
- Previous agile training (spring planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective)
