Reports to: Head of the Kitchen .

The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz' In-House Culture First, Co-Creative agency. We use culture to connect our brands with consumers , fast.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Strategy Director to build, establish & lead our strategy team across the UK & Europe. You will be responsible for defining The Kitchen's strategic approach to connecting our brands to consumers, in an authentic culture first way.
You and your team will leverage multiple data sources to hone powerful insights that spark ideas that are as culturally relevant as they are commercially effective.
You will lead the charge in simplifying complex business problems into clear campaign strategies and creative briefs that not only resonate in the moment but inspire long-lasting and meaningful brand connections.
You will be responsible for building and leading a strategy team to deliver against your vision across the UK & Europe; working very closely with both Kraft Heinz marketing teams as well as the creative teams within The Kitchen to harness the power of cultural insights, digital trends, and human behaviour to build impactful brand narratives, that fuel culture.
This role is at the intersection of creativity and strategy, responsible for shaping the future of how Kraft Heinz connects with audiences in meaningful and innovative ways; across social media and beyond.
Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, with proven experience in social strategy over this time.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop culturally resonant campaigns that have driven real business results.
  • Passion for understanding the evolving cultural landscape and its impact on consumer behaviour.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and confidently present to senior leadership.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine desire to build something you can call your own.
  • English fluent, any other language is a plus
