The RoleThis is a client-facing role at the intersection of client management, operations, and AI-driven workflows. You’ll manage programs for sophisticated clients while designing and deploying automations and lightweight AI agents that deliver measurable impact. You’ll serve as connective tissue between technology, customer needs, and day-to-day execution.
What You’ll Do- Own client projects end-to-end: scope, plan, timelines, delivery, and relationship health.
- Design AI workflows: use platforms like n8n, Make, and Clay to prototype and launch client-specific automations.
- Build/iterate agents: stand up lightweight AI agents and operational playbooks; measure results and improve.
- Partner cross-functionally: work with research, engineering, and client success to ensure flawless delivery.
- Translate needs to systems: convert client goals into scalable operational strategies and product feedback.
- Operational analytics: track SLAs, quality, and throughput; surface insights and propose improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
- Experience in client-facing environments (consulting, account/project management, operations).
- Hands-on exposure to AI/automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay) or the ability to learn quickly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and biased to action.
- Excellent communication—clear writing, crisp presentations, confident stakeholder management.
- Location: Nashville or Boston preferred; flexible on remote.
