About the Team

We’re an AI research-and-products startup helping organizations access and scale human expertise. We partner with leading consulting firms and investors to unlock new ways of working. The culture values speed, entrepreneurial thinking, and the will to win—and we’re growing fast. If you want meaningful ownership and a path into leadership, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

This is a client-facing role at the intersection of client management, operations, and AI-driven workflows. You’ll manage programs for sophisticated clients while designing and deploying automations and lightweight AI agents that deliver measurable impact. You’ll serve as connective tissue between technology, customer needs, and day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Own client projects end-to-end: scope, plan, timelines, delivery, and relationship health.
  • Design AI workflows: use platforms like n8n, Make, and Clay to prototype and launch client-specific automations.
  • Build/iterate agents: stand up lightweight AI agents and operational playbooks; measure results and improve.
  • Partner cross-functionally: work with research, engineering, and client success to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Translate needs to systems: convert client goals into scalable operational strategies and product feedback.
  • Operational analytics: track SLAs, quality, and throughput; surface insights and propose improvements.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
  • Experience in client-facing environments (consulting, account/project management, operations).
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/automation tools (n8n, Make, Clay) or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and biased to action.
  • Excellent communication—clear writing, crisp presentations, confident stakeholder management.
  • Location: Nashville or Boston preferred; flexible on remote.
Why Join
  • Work at the forefront of AI research and real-world deployment.
  • Partner with top-tier clients across consulting and investing.
  • High-growth environment with real leadership opportunities.
Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
