Wing is looking for a Strategy & Development Manager to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. This role will be based remotely in the US. You will work closely with Partnerships, Finance, and other cross-functional team members and leaders (e.g. Product, Marketing, Engineering) to develop complex business-level and product strategies (e.g., multi-year business plan, specific product strategies, Growth Strategy, go-to-market strategy), drive ad hoc strategic projects & playbooks (e.g., partner models, M&A business cases, etc.), incubate new initiatives, provide analytics support (e.g. define key business metrics, perform in-depth analysis to answer important questions on product trends/business performance), and facilitate running the business (e.g. orchestrate business reviews).

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-disciplinary strategic initiatives end-to-end (manage project schedules & deliverables, structure and execute in-depth analyses, identify risks early, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders & senior leads)
  • Develop Wing’s revenue & pricing strategy to ensure long term viability, which includes deal structuring, business case development, financial model/projections, etc.
  • Define and track key product/business metrics/KPIs, lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and support annual planning
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., ops, marketing, partnerships) to drive product, vertical, and geo-specific GTM strategies  
  • Develop short, medium, and long term growth strategies (e.g. M&A, expansion, etc.)
  • Proactively and regularly analyze key metrics, identifying initial insights and undertaking in-depth follow-up analysis
  • Provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on insights, analysis, experience, technical acumen and strong business judgment
  • Drive creation of quarterly Board materials and discussion agendas

What You’ll Need: 

  • 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy & Development, Product Management and/or Investment Banking/Venture Capital firm
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Master at analyzing & problem solving complex initiatives with strong business acumen
  • Strong data-modeling and reporting skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

Salary Range

$142,000$220,000 USD
