About the Role
As a Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Attentive’s technology partnership strategy. You will be responsible for building and growing complex, high-impact partnerships that enhance customer value, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen our brand in the market.
This role requires a proven ability to navigate executive-level relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver high-value go-to-market motions that create measurable impact for both Attentive and our partners.
What You'll Accomplish
- Strategic Partner Development
- Develop and expand partnerships that support Attentive’s growth goals, align with product priorities, and drive customer outcomes
- Build strong, multi-level relationships across partner sales, marketing, product, and executive teams
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for key strategic partners, ensuring long-term alignment and shared success
- Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute joint GTM strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate co-selling opportunities, and unlock new revenue streams
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on joint messaging, sales playbooks, and integrated demand generation campaigns
- Partner with Client Strategy to leverage alliance solutions that strengthen customer retention and expansion
- Lead enablement initiatives across Attentive and partner teams to ensure consistent execution of joint value propositions
- Product & Engineering Alignment
- Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps with strategic partner capabilities
- Identify and prioritize new partner integrations based on Attentive’s growth goals, product vision and VOC requirements
- Contribute to Attentive’s integration and product strategy by gathering feedback from the ISV community, identifying opportunities for innovation, and building compelling business cases for new integrations
- Drive impactful partner launch campaigns, ensuring adoption and measurable business results
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Create joint business plans that establish shared goals, accountability, and success metrics
- Serve as an internal champion for partners, sharing wins, best practices, and growth strategies across Attentive
- Implement partner development strategies to drive revenue growth and impact at scale
- Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize and optimize your partner portfolio, ensuring sustained revenue and productivity
Your Expertise
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, with at least 5 years in technology partnerships
- Proven ability to build and grow complex alliances, including executive alignment, joint GTM planning, and long-term relationship management
- Strong track record of driving measurable revenue growth through partnerships
- Deep understanding of marketing technology and broader ecosystem trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all levels, including executives
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strong execution ability

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits.
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
