  • Partner with Network Engineering to translate technical requirements (routes, diversity, latency, fiber type, splice/access points) into executable sourcing packages
  • Support delivery of fiber builds, carrier turn-ups, and interconnect deployments across multiple metros
  • Track milestones across design, permitting, construction, testing, and service acceptance
Supplier Performance & Risk Management
  • Establish and manage supplier KPIs covering delivery, availability, resiliency, cost, and responsiveness
  • Lead supplier performance reviews and remediation plans
  • Assess market conditions, right-of-way risks, construction constraints, and carrier capacity limitations
Data, Governance & Process Excellence
  • Maintain sourcing documentation, contracts, and audit-ready records
  • Improve sourcing processes to increase speed, resiliency, and total cost of ownership
  • Support internal governance reviews and executive decision-making
Cross-Functional Support
  • Resolve technical or commercial issues in collaboration with Network Eng., Construction, and Legal
  • Support expansion into new markets by securing early fiber access and scalable connectivity
  • Support troubleshooting of fiber outages, service interruptions, and capacity constraints by coordinating with carriers, Network Engineering, and Operations teams

About the role:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager – Network Infrastructure & Fiber Connectivity owns category strategy, supplier selection, and commercial execution for CoreWeave’s external network connectivity. This role sits at the intersection of network engineering, procurement, and program delivery, translating complex technical requirements into commercial agreements that enable rapid, resilient data center growth. You will lead negotiations with major carriers and fiber providers while ensuring delivery aligns with aggressive deployment schedules and reliability targets.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Telecom., Business, Operations, or related field
