The Role

We’re hiring an ambitious Strategic Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage client-facing projects, drive expert recruiting initiatives, and help push forward new products and initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of client service, operational execution, and automation. You’ll work closely with clients, experts, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Project Management: Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and relationships stay strong.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned.

  • Marketplace Management: Build and manage AI agents to engage Synquery's panel of top-tier subject matter experts that support client research.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate client needs into operational strategies that leverage Synquery’s capabilities.

  • Identify and pilot new product ideas for client and expert engagement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top academic institution.

  • Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience in client service, project management, consulting, or account management.

  • Automation & Tools: Familiarity with AI/automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Clay, or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and enjoys building zero-to-one solutions.

  • Strong Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly, manage stakeholders, and drive projects forward confidently.

  • Location: Nashville or Boston preferred, with flexibility for remote work.
