The Role

We’re hiring an ambitious Strategic Projects Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage client-facing projects, drive expert recruiting initiatives, and help push forward new products and initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of client service, customer success, and operational execution. You’ll work closely with clients, experts, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Project Management: Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and relationships stay strong.

  • Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear and expectations aligned.

  • Marketplace Management: Leverage AI agents to engage Synquery's panel of top-tier subject matter experts that support client research.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate client needs into operational strategies that leverage Synquery’s capabilities.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top academic institution.

  • Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience in client service, project management, consulting, or account management.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and enjoys building zero-to-one solutions.

  • Strong Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly, manage stakeholders, and drive projects forward confidently.

  • Location: Nashville or Boston preferred
