Job Description:

The Strategic Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing high-impact, cross-functional projects that span business process optimization, GTM transformation, and CRM enablement. This role ensures strategic alignment between business goals and project execution. You’ll lead internal teams and client stakeholders to define success, drive accountability, and deliver measurable outcomes across complex RevOps initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership
  • Drive cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and RevOps strategies.
  • Translate abstract goals into structured project plans and frameworks, enabling clear execution paths for delivery teams.
  • Define success metrics and ensure outcomes are measurable and aligned with broader business KPIs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal consultants, and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, aligning project scope and outcomes with broader GTM or operational initiatives.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and reporting to executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Project Planning & Execution
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal leads (e.g., architects, consultants, admins) to assign tasks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
  • Adjust course as needed to ensure delivery on-time and within scope, balancing speed and strategic impact.
Risk & Change Management
  • Anticipate potential risks and proactively mitigate them through structured decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support change management and adoption strategies to ensure project impact is sustained beyond go-live.
Frameworks & Governance
  • Establish and implement project governance structures, rituals (e.g., weekly check-ins, sprint planning), and success review meetings.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) to monitor progress and communicate updates.
Reporting & Success Measurement
  • Provide ongoing reporting to clients and internal leadership on project health, KPIs, milestones, and blockers.
  • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure long-term success.

Requirements:

Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting, RevOps, or CRM-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing strategic, business-focused projects—not limited to technical implementation.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and their intersection with RevOps.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Tools & Methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Experience applying agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies as needed to drive outcomes.
Certifications (Preferred but not required)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or relevant CRM platform familiarity is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses and project completion incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Flexible remote work environment with occasional client travel
  • Professional development opportunities including Salesforce certification support
  • Conference attendance and continuing education budget
  • Collaborative consulting team culture with opportunities for career advancement
  • Opportunity to work with diverse clients across multiple industries
