About the Team

We’re an AI research and products company helping organizations access and scale human expertise. We partner with leading consulting firms and investors to unlock faster, higher-quality insights. The culture here values speed, entrepreneurship, and winning together—and we’re growing quickly. If you want real ownership and a path into leadership as we scale, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

You’ll manage high-stakes, client-facing projects while building the operational backbone that powers an expert marketplace. Expect to switch between running programs for clients, recruiting and engaging domain experts (with help from AI agents and automation), and piloting zero-to-one product ideas.

What You’ll Do
  • Own client programs end-to-end: scope, timelines, delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Be the primary point of contact: keep communication crisp, expectations aligned, and risks surfaced early.
  • Run the expert marketplace: design and operate AI agents/automations to source, vet, and engage subject-matter experts.
  • Translate needs into systems: convert client requirements into scalable workflows using internal tools and data.
  • Pilot new products: identify opportunities, stand up MVPs, measure impact, and iterate with Product & Engineering.
  • Operational analytics: track SLAs, quality, and throughput; propose process and product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (strong academic track record).
  • Background: Experience in client service, project/program management, consulting, account management, or operations.
  • Automation & tools: Familiarity with AI/automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Clay)—or a fast learner eager to ramp.
  • Operator mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive, resourceful, and biased to action.
  • Communication: Clear writing, confident presentations, and deft stakeholder management.
  • Location: Nashville or Boston preferred; flexible remote options available.
Why Join
  • Work at the forefront of AI research and real-world deployment.
  • Collaborate with top-tier clients across consulting and investing.
  • High-growth environment with genuine leadership opportunities.
Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
