As the Strategic Program Manager, you will coordinate and project and manage all activities to support the design, build and deployment of a next generation EMR platform. You will bridge the gap between high-level product vision and deep-tier engineering execution. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of scalable, AI-driven SaaS features, coordinate across several 3rd party vendors and lead complex customer migrations, ensuring a "zero-disruption" transition for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Technical Launch & Delivery
- Project Orchestration: Sit at the intersection of Engineering, DevOps, and Product to translate roadmaps into executable technical project plans and identify key milestones.
- Tooling & Automation: Define and implement standardized program management tooling, metrics, and dashboards to create a single source of truth for program health and execution.
- Vendor Management: Lead and manage multiple third-party vendor relationships, including contract tracking and task follow-up to ensure seamless project delivery and integration dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Migration & Risk Management
- Dependency Mapping: Proactively identify, track, and manage complex, cross-functional dependencies that span multiple engineering teams or product lines to prevent integration issues and roadblocks.
- Technical Debt Tracking: Work with engineering leadership to identify, prioritize and schedule technical debt reduction alongside feature work
- Risk Triage: Proactively identify, capture, and escalate technical and operational risks. Develop mitigation strategies to avoid project bottlenecks.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a neutral arbiter to resolve technical disagreements and resource conflicts between dependent teams, driving decisions forward to meet program milestones.
- Change Leadership: Navigate ambiguity and shifting business needs, maintaining a steady focus on project objectives.
- Customer Migration: Coordinate complex, end-to-end migrations for customers moving from legacy systems to our newest platform, prioritizing data integrity and minimal downtime.
Governance & Stakeholder Alignment
- Executive Storytelling: Translate highly technical problems and project status updates into clear, concise, and strategically relevant narratives for executive leadership.
- Visibility: Provide weekly synthesized status reports and executive scorecards to the leadership team.
- Strategic Measurement: Track deliverables and schedules with a rigorous focus on progress analysis, reporting, and "Time to Value" metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a high-performance culture across GTM, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to align on business objectives.
What You Should Have to Qualify
- EMR or Healthcare Saas Experience is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in Technical Project/Program Management, with a proven track record of launching B2B SaaS platforms.
- Cloud & Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of cloud-native environments ( AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with the Modern SaaS Stack (APIs, microservices, and CI/CD).
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience partnering with developers on SaaS and AI initiatives (e.g., LLM integrations or predictive modeling).
- Modern Tooling: Experience with Jira, Figma, and Confluence (or equivalent Agile/Design tools).
- Migration Expertise: Direct experience managing large-scale system transitions or customer data migrations in a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
- Education & Certs: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. PMP certification is a significant plus.
