About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution across multiple high-priority company initiatives
- Partner with initiative owners to define goals, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
- Build and maintain project schedules and risk logs using Jira
- Monitor initiative health: budget, timeline, resources, risks
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive updates
- Enforce PMO standards and ensure initiative teams are following agreed processes
- Identify and manage cross-initiative dependencies and risks
- Facilitate weekly initiative check-ins and monthly leadership reviews
- Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and communications planning
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a PMO or strategy office
- Experience working within a Product or Engineering organization
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
- Expert-level Jira experience: dashboards, custom fields, workflows, reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership
- Familiarity with project tracking tools, dashboards, and KPI frameworks (OKRs a plus)
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification a plus
