About the Role

As a Strategic Program Manager focused on Product Initiatives, reporting to the Chief People Officer / Head of PMO, you will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with initiative leads, manage dependencies, and ensure measurable progress is being achieved. This role requires strong program management skills, excellent communication, and deep experience with Jira for tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive execution across multiple high-priority company initiatives
  • Partner with initiative owners to define goals, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Build and maintain project schedules and risk logs using Jira
  • Monitor initiative health: budget, timeline, resources, risks
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive updates
  • Enforce PMO standards and ensure initiative teams are following agreed processes
  • Identify and manage cross-initiative dependencies and risks
  • Facilitate weekly initiative check-ins and monthly leadership reviews
  • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and communications planning
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a PMO or strategy office
  • Experience working within a Product or Engineering organization
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
  • Expert-level Jira experience: dashboards, custom fields, workflows, reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools, dashboards, and KPI frameworks (OKRs a plus)
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification a plus
